Services Overview
1.1 Design Services
I provide design services on a freelance/project basis.
Each project is scoped and agreed upon before work begins
Deliverables, timelines, and revisions are defined per project
Turnaround time varies depending on scope and complexity
1.2 Project-Based Work
One-time design projects quoted individually
Scope and deliverables agreed upon before project start
Revision limits may be specified per project
Timeline agreed upon before commencement
Service Terms
2.1 General Terms
Services are provided on a per-project basis unless otherwise agreed
Work begins after agreement on scope and (if applicable) initial payment
Services are non-transferable
2.2 Payments
A deposit (typically 50%) may be required before work begins
Final payment is due before delivery of final files
Timelines begin once all required materials and payment are received

3.1 Included Services
Brand identity design
Marketing materials
Social media graphics
Website and UI design
Digital assets
Print-ready files
3.2 Not Included (unless agreed)
Web development/coding
Copywriting
Photography or video production
Advanced animation or 3D work
Client Responsibilities
4.1 Required Materials
Project brief and requirements
Content and copy
Brand assets (if available)
Timely feedback and approvals
4.2 Communication
Clear and timely communication is required
Feedback should be provided within a reasonable timeframe
Delays in response may affect delivery timelines
Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment
I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio
Unused concepts remain my property
5.2 Files
Final files are delivered in standard formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF)
Source/editable files may be provided upon request
Revisions
6.1 Revisions Policy
Revisions are limited to the agreed scope of the project
Additional revisions outside scope may incur extra charges
Major changes may require a revised quote
Termination
7.1 Project Termination
Either party may terminate a project at any time
Work completed up to that point must be paid for
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started
Payment Terms
8.1 General
Payments are made via agreed methods
Late payments may delay delivery
Final files are only released after full payment
Confidentiality
Client information and materials are kept confidential
Project details will not be shared without permission
Confidentiality continues after project completion
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the project
I am not responsible for third-party services or outcomes
No guarantee of specific business results
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally
Continued use of services implies acceptance of any updates
